Installed with purpose. United by mission. Empowered to build.
Rooted in the NAWIC emblem’s pillars of courage, integrity, and progress, this leadership team carries forward a legacy of restoration, generosity, and community impact. Each member stands as a builder—not only of structures, but of belonging, opportunity, and hope. Together, they rise to shape a chapter culture that uplifts women, honors our island’s resilience, and ensures every voice is part of the blueprint.
From One Hand to the Next: The passing of the gavel marks more than a transition—it’s a celebration of legacy, leadership, and the power of women building together.
